Return Eligibility:

  2. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
  3. Products must not have been used or tampered with.
  4. Customer must provide proof of purchase.

Return Categories:
  1. Defective Products: Products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  2. Incorrect Order: Products that were not ordered by the customer.

Return Procedures:
  1. Contact our customer service team via email info@rosiesst.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  3. Receive return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Return products to the designated address within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.

Refund and Exchange Options:
  1. Refund: Full refund to original payment method.
  2. Exchange: Replacement product or store credit.
  3. Store Credit: Credit towards future purchases.

Product-Specific Return Policies:
  1. Magnetic Eyelashes: Due to hygiene reasons, magnetic eyelashes can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  2. Eyelash Serum: Returns accepted within 30 days. However, due to the nature of the product, refunds will only be accepted on unused, sealed products.
  3. Eyelash Curlers: Returns accepted within 30 days. Curlers can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  4. Growth Serum Infused Mascara: Returns accepted within 30 days. However, due to the nature of the product, refunds will only be accepted on unused, sealed products.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not defective or incorrect.


Shipping and Handling:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Warranty Information:

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
